Call now to set up a review of your values to see if we can help you save money. We give our clients our full attention, so if you want to join us, call quickly. Taxpayers may challenge an assessment by the county board of tax assessors by appealing to the county board of equalization, an arbitrator or hearing officer within 45 days from the date of the assessment notice. Taxpayers may appeal to the superior court of the county after a decision has been made by the county board of equalization. Starting in 2011, every county must issue an assessment notice on every property. It takes time for proper preparation and filing all forms necessary, plus we are accepting a limited number of clients this first year, so you should contact us right away to get the process started. There are steps outlined by the Georgia Legislature that have to be followed and this MUST be done early in the year or else you miss your time frame and won't get a tax break this year.
Our promise to you is that if we don’t think we can help you lower your valuation, we’ll tell you right up front. The property review fee is $99 for residential or Commercial or Industrial and you will pay nothing more out of pocket all the way through appeals to the Board of Equalization! If we don't save you money, we don't make anything else, so we will be fighting for your correct assessment.
If we find your property is fairly valued we won't waste your time or ours but we will review it free of charge next year for any opportunity to appeal your values. Call 229-386-8086 and we’ll fax, email or mail you the information you need to fill out to get started or
